Term: This contract is for a period of one year. It will automatically renew for one additional year unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term. 4. Termination: This contract may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. However, if the customer terminates the contract within the first year, they will be responsible for paying a termination fee of $499.00 5.
